Yoga is for everyone!
Drawing on my knowledge of therapeutic application of Yogic
techniques, I have created the first installment in my Yoga Therapy
series, to address the number one concern people have these days - back
pain. Not for someone with serious issues such as herniated disks,
spinal stenosis, degeneration and such, for for those who have heard
their doctor say that Yoga will help relieve the pain in their back (low
back, upper back, neck, and shoulders). This 30 minute program
includes mild back bends, twists and forward folds selected and
sequenced specifically to bring relief within weeks if practiced every
day, or most days. Yoga only works for those, who do it!
