There are three short practices here as well, with an emphasis on fluidity, moving from deep core muscles, opening the hips, flexibility, and longer holds in the poses.  The first sequence is a good warm-up that can serve as a short individual practice.  The Moon Salute follows with some lunges, triangle pose, and Half Moon pose.  The third is a hip-opening sequence that also stretches the side body and features backbends, such as the Camel Pose.  This DVD is a slower paced homage to the Moon, Chandra, and female energy.  See a part of the video on my YouTube channel.
