There are three short practices on this DVD, each about 20 minutes: a Sun salute with Warrior sequences, a cooling hip opening practice, and a sequence to fully engage and strengthen the core, featuring my proprietary blend of postures and movements that have proven to be very effective.  Each 20 minute segment is a complete practice, however they fit together into one hour-long well-rounded practice should you have the time and the inclination.  This DVD honors the male energy, is very sweat-inducing and rather fast paced (Surya means Sun in Sanskrit).  See a part of the video on my YouTube channel.
