Yoga is for everyone!
This program features exclusively Pilates, in my unique style. I
have adapted Pilates somewhat to fit into my yogic view of the body, the
way it functions, and what is healthy for it. I have included classic
Pilates exercises with updated instruction to differentiate between the
use of imprinted vs. neutral pelvis, as well as several levels of
difficulty so you can grow in your practice. Two half-hour segments can
be practiced individually or together. This program was filmed by a
beautiful pond (see pictures below).
