Yoga is for everyone!
Drawing on my knowledge of deep core anatomy and I have designed this program to help you get and maintain deep core muscles - which are essential for proper posture. Our lifestyle is such that deep core muscles lose their tone very quickly without exercise, and you need to give them attention on a regular basis.
The content is divided into three parts:
Foundation (30 min) - lays the groundwork for essential concepts and their application. Great for beginner or advanced students alike, it takes the time to help you discover the muscles deep in your core and learn how to engage them properly. Once you master Foundation, use it as a warm-up for the other two practices, or revisit it as needed to refresh and deepen your understanding of the essentials.
Structure (20 min) - provides new challenges and contains a well-rounded practice that, once mastered, is a great way to keep honing your skills. It should become your main practice that you would want to come back to again and again.
Maintenance (15 min) - is a master level program for those who want to explore the limits of their control. Sometimes we just want to play and have fun! This practice assume that the practitioner is advanced enough to know what is appropriate for them.
Radiate inner power and self-confidence by cultivating the strength deep in your core. Grow in your practice physically and mentally bu cultivating attitudes of acceptance, compassion, and self-worth that come from deep within.
